It allows older people to continue to lead an independent life by providing choice, control, independence and dignity through the many activities and events provided. These promote self-esteem, self-fulfilment and give mental stimulation to help maintain confidence and independence.A cooked lunch and refreshments can be enjoyed and will provide the opportunity to spend quality time with others.

Referral
