Description

Provides respite accommodation and short breaks for vulnerable adults/Learning disabilities. There are two 6-bedded supported living units where vulnerable adults/learning disabilities are supported to live independently and to access the community and develop daily living skills. St Luke's is open 24 hours a day.

Individuals must meet national eligibility criteria through assessment process provided by the Learning Disability Partnership.

Referral

Referral is via the care management team of the Learning Disability Partnership.

Costs

Overnight charge from 10pm to 7 am is £82.50. Hourly charge £7.50 or £15.00 for individuals with high needs.
