Description

The Autistic Spectrum Disorder Centres, known as Cabins, are designed to provide extra support to young people who have high functioning Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and whose Statement of Special Educational Needs / Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC Plan) identifies the need for significant additional support to access educational provision.

Eligibility

Young people with a Statement of Special Educational Needs / Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC Plan) in which high functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorder is identified as the prime area of need and who live within a 75 minute travelling distance of the Cabin.

Referral

Through the Cambridgeshire County Council Statutory Assessment and Resources Team (START).
