Providing a range of technological devices to support people and their carers with the challenges to everyday living and help with their independence, from the most simplistic pill reminder to the more sophisticated activity data monitoring systems. The team offers ‘Telehealth monitoring’ for chronic long-term conditions. This means that they can monitor patients’ vital signs from afar.

Technology enabled care devices can be connected to community lifeline alarms.

The service covers all of Cambridgeshire. and is jointly funded by the Council and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group.


Anyone who needs advice on equipment for everyday living can contact the team.


The team takes referrals from anyone, for anyone, across all ages and all diagnosis. You can make a referral online.
An assessment of needs’ is carried out; the equipment is then sourced and supplied. You can also complete and return the following form: Download the referral form


Technology is loaned for any length of time required following a needs led assessment.
